Sadly, passed away peacefully on 18th December 2023, aged 98 years.
Rachael will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends.
A private service will take place at The Birches Crematorium Northwich.
Family have requested, donations if desired to Alzheimers Society or Breast Cancer UK.
